Akakushi Mana (红栉麻那 紅櫛 麻那 Akakushi Mana）is the former Queen of the Requiem Kingdom and the first female Chinese Virtual Idol released after hitorino's transformation in 2019. Throughout her professional journey, she never publicly identified herself as a member of hitorino, which was officially established in 2021. In truth, she operated independently. Prior to her coronation, her original first name was Schofield. Akakushi is the given name of the royal family of the Requiem kingdom.

Akakushi Mana debuted on Bilibili on April 12, 2019. Because the term "Himeknight （姬骑士）" was used in the title of her videos and she had a vocal similarity with a well-known VTuber, Cierra Runis,[1] at the time, it generated a certain degree of popularity. On that day alone, she gained 5,000 subscribers.

December 25, 2021, marked the last day Akakushi Mana's live streaming channel operated under Mana's name on Bilibili, which also coincided with the first anniversary of Akakushi Mana's graduation. The live stream at the time utilized an ambiguously titled and themed content that made people think it was for white noise relaxation. However, precisely at 8 p.m. that day, the news about the establishment of hitorino.TV was revealed for the first time in Mana's live stream room. At the event, Rey made her first appearance and announced hitorino's vision and promise[2]. This was also the last recorded activity of both Akakushi Mana and Akakushi Akane. Subsequently, there were no more updates or news about the two of them.

In 2022, Mana'channel was renamed from "红栉麻那" to "莱姆莱特_hitorino." All content was cleared.
